Training overview

The governor of the BCT presented the causes and even the motivations that push operators to demand a radical overhaul, if not the abandonment of the regulation of foreign exchange.
Indeed, since the structured recast of 1992, the foreign exchange regulations have been revised in fits and starts, which has resulted in a complex final text with discrepancies and many ambiguities.
This training allows participants to understand these evolutions and the move towards internationalization and digitalization of foreign exchange regulations.

Interest of the training

This training aims to review the Tunisian foreign exchange regulations. Allow participants to have a global and clear vision on the foreign exchange regulations. Exchanges and feedback on the most frequent problems in terms of foreign exchange regulations. The final objective is to better respond to the most frequent questions of intermediary banks.
