    – Define a relevant business model and an offer that meets real market expectations
    – Intrapreneurship, takeover and choice of legal status

    2. Managing your activity: from management to management
    – Develop your business plan
    – Evaluate the profitability of the company
    – Design the identity of its offer and an effective marketing mix
    – Knowing how to surround yourself: recruit and/or outsource resources
